At Beautiful Bracelets, we pride ourselves on delivering beautifully designed jewellery to the market. However if your piece isn’t quite right we are happy to help.
Beautiful Bracelets pieces are covered under a 1 Year Warranty from purchase date covering manufacturing and workmanship defects. If any BB product is found to have manufacturing fault withing the warranty period, it will be repaired (where possible).
• The normal signs of everyday wear and tear
• Damage caused by elements (eg. moisture, cosmetic, sweat)
• Any scratches or tarnishing
• Any damage caused by accident of mistreatment
• Water damage
• Any post-production changes to the original product

BB pieces are covered under a 1 Year Warranty from purchase date covering manufacturing and workmanship defects. If any BB product is found to have manufacturing fault within the warranty period, it will be repaired (where possible).
Take care with of your BB piece by wiping it over with a soft cloth regularly. Avoid over-exposure to moisture, saltwater, showering, chemicals, cleaning products, perfumes, creams and sweat. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
For all plated pieces, ensure extra care is taken with the above. Any plated rings must be taken off regularly, and not in contact with moisturisers, hand sanitisers and sweat.
BB offers free standard domestic shipping with Australia Post on all orders. Delivery times can take between 2 to 7 business days. Express Post can be selected at the check out for an additional $10.00 and takes between 1-2 business days.
BB is not liable for any late deliveries caused by Australia Post or other third-party courier companies.
BB is also not liable for the input of incorrect addresses or any completed packages signed as delivered and refunds will not be issued in these cases.
All BB orders placed online will be sent out within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). However, this is subject to delays and is not guaranteed.
Domestic online orders are sent via Australia Post’s Express Post service. Estimated delivery time with 1-2 business day within the Australia Post network.
International online orders are also sent via Australia Post and can take up to 5-7 days business days from day of dispatch.
BB does not accept responsibility for orders after they have been dispatched. All delivery enquiries will need to be forwarded to Australia Post (domestic) on 13 76 78.
BB does not accept responsibility for delivery address errors or errors made by Australia Post or DHL Express after dispatch.
Any address errors made by the customer at the time of ordering will incur an additional postage fee for the parcel to be re-sent out.
Domestic shipping within Australia is free for all orders
All international orders will incur a flat rate fee of $25.00 for shipping via Australia Post, & all international orders over $250.00AUD are eligible for free shipping.
Customers will be provided with an order number with tracking for delivery via email . Customers will be able to track the status and movements of your order via Australia Post.
BB will accept an exchange or store credit only for change of mind or incorrect ring sizing strictly within 7 days of purchase date. The product must be in original packaging, brand new condition & with the original receipt of purchase or invoice.
Customers must cover postage back to BB, and also provide freight or cost of shipping for exchanges.
BB does not refund unless in the case of a manufacturing fault. Please read our terms and conditions here for more information.
Return packages must be shipped using a tracking number and wrapped securely to avoid any damages during shipping. BB is not responsible for any lost or damaged items when returning goods.
